Shipping Information
All orders will have delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number attached to them which is for us to confirm that orders have been delivered. UPS orders include insurance.
Shipping Times
All orders paid by credit card ship next business day (if placed before midnight EST), excluding Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. Orders paid by check will ship 14 days after the payment is received. Orders paid by money order typically ship within 3 days of receiving payment. Orders usually ship before noon each day.
Liabilities
Knives and More assumes no responsibility for the items once they are transferred to the carrier. UPS includes insurance and they can be contacted if there is a problem with your order. We do guarantee non-branded items to arrive free of damage if delivered via USPS. See our return information.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We use the address you give us for shipping. In the event that a package is undeliverable, and it is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for the subtotal of your order.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Military Bases overseas.
Shipping Status
Pending - Your order has been placed, but we have not begun processing it yet.
Hold - Your order is being held until we receive payment.
Processing - Your order has been reviewed and is being prepared for shipment.
Shipped - Your order has shipped.
Delivered - Once every few months we will go through and change all shipped orders to delivered.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled.
Refund - Your order has been refunded.
Return Information
Return Policy: Non-Branded items may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they arrived damaged or defective. Undamaged or non-defective items may only be returned if they are in new/unopened condition. We charge a 20% restocking fee for undamaged and non-defective items and we do not refund the shipping costs. If your item came with a manufacturer warranty please contact the manufacturer. There are no returns/exchanges allowed on automatic knives.
You must email returns@knivesandmore.biz for a return authorization number before returning/exchanging your item. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number.
